CODE OF CONDUCT

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A SAFE, SECURE AND PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT, WE ASK THAT ALL VISITORS COMPLY AT ALL TIMES WITH THE PRIVATE PROPERTY CODE OF CONDUCT.

  1. Running, shouting, horseplay, throwing of objects, unnecessary gathering, disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior of any kind is prohibited.
  2. Skateboarding, bicycle riding, roller blading, hoverboard riding, scooter riding, or operating other motorized vehicles (except motorized wheelchairs or similar devices due to medical necessity) is prohibited.
  3. Possession of open alcoholic beverages, except in designated areas, is prohibited.
  4. Smoking, except in designated areas, is prohibited.
  5. Pets must be secured on leash or in carriers.
  6. No loitering and soliciting.
  7. Engaging in non-commercial expressive activity, without prior approval, is prohibited.
  8. All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian after 10:00 p.m. or will be required to leave the property.

    9. This center is a privately owned property. Visitors who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
