Meet owner Baldo Cisneros, who has been with The Marketplace for almost 20 years. As Baldo started working at a young age, he quickly fell in love with the idea of owning his own business – 45 years later, he now owns and operates six locations. Baldo and Salvador Alcala, restaurant chef who has been with Que Pasa! since day one, created an extensive menu for customers to enjoy authentic home style cooking with an inventive Mexican flare. “We are very appreciative of our customers and their continued support throughout all these years. It means we are doing something right. Que Pasa! has grown to be something bigger than I would have expected,” said Baldo.
